Yes, we are happy to provide quotes based on video or photos of the rooms. It is helpful to provide as many details as possible. For example if you have acquired a new property with damaged walls or if the damage was caused by a leak. Feel free to email directly sales@propertypoodle.com

We currently provide our services in Exeter, Birmingham and Coventry.

The easiest way to make a payment is by bank transfer to our Property Poodle account. We can also take card payment if that’s more convenient for you. Payment instructions are provided on all our invoices.

If the walls and ceiling are in a good condition and does not require plastering we can complete a standard room in one working day. For rooms with extensive damage and sanding requirements it can take up to two days. If the room has been plastered we will need to wait for plater to fully dry (7 to 14 days) before we can start painting and decorating.

What we provide in a quote is what you will be billed. In cases where alterations are requested, we will agree on any additional work before billing or adding to a quote.

Yes, we have liability insurance to cover us and any work carried out in your property to cover damages of up to £2 million.
